4 drug suspects yield P165K shabu in Rizal busts

LUCENA CITY––Police anti-illegal drugs agents arrested four suspected shabu (crystal meth) peddlers in two buy-bust operations on Tuesday night, April 12, in Rizal province.
The Calabarzon police reported Wednesday that police collared around 8:40 p.m. Recan Palao, Juhari Masorong, and Ayrah Acmad after they allegedly sold two plastic sachets of shabu to an undercover cop in Barangay San Jose in Rodriguez town.
Authorities seized 14 sachets of meth weighing 16.67 grams with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board value of P113,356.
Anti-illegal drugs operatives also busted Efrenely Samorio in another sting operation at 8:10 p.m. in Barangay Guitnang Bayan 1 in San Mateo town.
The police found the suspect in possession of 10 sachets of shabu with a DDB value of P51,750 and a digital weighing scale.
The four suspects were detained and will face charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
