MANILA, Philippines — A low pressure area (LPA) may enter the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) in the coming days, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Saturday morning.

Pagasa weather specialist Ezra Bulquerin said the LPA was last seen 2,350 kilometers east of Mindanao.

“Posible po itong pumasok ng Philippine area of responsibility at magdala ng pag-ulan sa eastern side ng ating bansa particularly sa area ng Caraga, Eastern Visayas at Bicol Region,” he said in an early morning weather bulletin.
