MANILA, Philippines – Police released on Friday the artist sketches of two of the suspects responsible for the death of Teresita Teano, a female yoga instructor, during a car theft incident in Quezon City last Wednesday.

Chief Superintendent George Regis said that the sketches were based on the descriptions given by two witnesses.

He said that one of the suspects were described to be between 31 and 33 years old, 5’5″ to 5’8″ in height, brown complexion and of medium build. The other suspect was said to be younger, possibly between 28 and 30 years of age, between 4’11” and 5”, fair-skinned and slim.

Teano was getting out of her car, a red Hyundai Accent, in front of the Brahma Kumaris Meditation Center at the corner of Gener St. and Kamuning Road in Quezon City Wednesday morning when three suspects approached her and demanded the key to her car.

A police report showed that she sustained gunshot wounds on her right cheek and upper arm. She was also run over by the suspects, using her own car.

Police are still searching for the perpetrators and Teano’s car, said Regis.
