Mark Joseph Abellanosa, 18, of Bulacao; Mario Camomot, 27, of Lahug; Nelgen Dacalos, 27, of Pardo; Ernesto Andog, 24; and two minors were arrested on board a multicab. They were detained at the Cebu City Police Office pending the filing of charges.

Camomot was accused of holding up a woman at gunpoint outside the Redemptorist church last Sunday. Tina Rodriguez of barangay Camputhaw said she lost her cellular phone and wallet with P3,000 cash.
The six suspects said they were victims of mistaken identity. Police recovered a laptop, six cellular phones, several bags and a motorcycle from them.
A 15-year-old girl who was arrested in the group said she was just hanging out with friends.
Senior Supt. Melvin Ramon Buenafe, CCPO chief, said it was the modus operandi of the robbers to quickly pass the stolen loot to cohorts to confuse victims.
