CJ Optical snatched the solo lead in Category-B after bagging its third straight win with a, 83-77 beating of Park N’ Go last Sunday in the Talisay Basketball Association (TBA)-2012, First Conference tournament at the Talisay Sports Complex.
CJ Optical led from start to finish and was led by Abet Villaver’s 23 points while Rickboy Nacario paced Park N’ Go with 26 markers.
Earlier, in the Legend Category, Miami beat Toronto, 56-49 to even their records to 1-2 while the Fighter Dribblers routed Park N’ Go, 81-55 in category C. In the same category, Sejisworld beat Jim’s Cafe, 78-75 in overtime to improve to 2-1.
Meanwhile, in the other category game, Powerade led by July Capala routed winless Rain Or Shine, 106-83, for its first win in two games.
