MANILA, Philippines — Presidential candidate and Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso said he and his running mate doctor Willie Ong are running in the upcoming elections because they want to serve the people.
Domagoso made the response when asked to react to Liza Araneta-Marcos revelation on Boy Abunda vlog that his husband Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. said he is running for presidency while they were watching “Ant-Man” — a movie about a convicted thief turned superhero.

“Ant-man? Yan ba yung sa Marvel? Yung sa istorya from magnanakaw to hero?… Good luck,” Domagoso said in a press conference in Nueva Ecija on Thursday.
(Ant-man, is that from Marvel? The story of a thief turned superhero? Good luck.)
“Wala ako masabi, with all honesty kasi kami ni Doc Willie, nagdesisyon kasi gusto naming i-alay ‘yung serbisyo namin. Gusto namin i-alay ‘yung experience namin, yung mga pangarap namin sa tao.”
(I have nothing to say, with all honesty because Doc Willie and I decided to run because we want to give our service, experience and dreams to the people.)
The revelation of Bongbong’s wife also received mixed reactions from social media users.
