Iloilo City to be eased to Alert Level 1 starting March 15

 [xterm taxonomy=byline term=“daphne-galvez”] MANILA, Philippines — Iloilo City will be eased to Alert Level 1 starting March 15, Malacañang announced on Thursday.  The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases agreed to ease the city to Alert Level 1 after it met the criteria for deescalation, acting presidential spokesman Martin Andanar said. “IATF on Thursday, March 10, approved the de-escalation of Iloilo City to Alert Level 1 after meeting the prescribed criteria for de-escalation to Alert Level 1 of the sub-Technical Working Group on Data Analytics,” he said in a statement. “This shall take effect immediately and until March 15,” he added.  The IATF met on Thursday for the possible deescalation of the country to Alert Level 1.
