CEBU CITY––City Mayor Michael Rama on Thursday lifted major restrictions as cases of COVID-19 continue to decrease.

Among those he lifted were the “no vaccination, no entry” policy in malls and other establishments and the curfew for adults.

“I’ll be signing an executive order right where we are. The title of our executive order is Oplan Kagawasan (Freedom),” said Rama as Cebu City marked its 85th Charter Day celebration Thursday.

“Let me bring these to all of you: All establishments and activities are open and allowed [with] no restrictions as to age and vaccination status, and no curfew except for minors,” he added.
