MANILA, Philippines — Generally fair weather conditions will prevail over most parts of the country on Tuesday except in areas in Northern Luzon, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
According to senior weather specialist Chris Perez, the shear line and the northeast monsoon will continue to affect parts of Northern Luzon bringing cloudy skies and rain.
“Samantala sa Metro Manila naman at natitirang bahagi ng Luzon, magiging generally maaliwalas ang panahon,” said Perez.
(Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, on the other hand, will have generally clear weather.)
“Kung magkakaroon man ng pag-ulan ay dulot lamang ng localized thunderstorms,” he added.
(If there will be rain it will only be caused by localized thunderstorms.)
Meanwhile, Perez said Visayas and Mindanao will also have generally clear skies with hotter and more humid weather. However, rain caused by localized thunderstorms is still likely during the afternoon and evening.
