Rainy Monday in Eastern Luzon due to ‘amihan’
MANILA, Philippines — The northeast monsoon or “amihan” will continue to affect Eastern Luzon on Monday, bringing rain and overcast skies, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
(The eastern part of Luzon will still feel the effects of the northeast monsoon tomorrow, it will still be rainy with light rains from Cagayan Valley, Aurora province, Quezon and most parts of Bicol Region.)
(Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, on the other hand, will have generally fair weather with isolated light rain.)
