MANILA, Philippines — Fire broke out at the Russian Embassy in Dasmariñas Village, Makati City on Friday night, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) reported.
The ongoing blaze reached the second alarm at 8:42 pm and was declared under control at 9:38 pm, BFP added.
