MANILA, Philippines — Overcast skies and rain will continue over the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas and parts of Mindanao on Thursday, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
(Expect cloudy skies in the Bicol Region tomorrow and scattered rain, lightning and thunder still brought about by the shear line.)
Calabarzon and Mimaropa, meanwhile, will experience relatively fairer weather but chances of thunderstorms are likely in the afternoon and evening, according to Clauren.
(In Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, we continue to expect clear weather tomorrow and there is only the possibility of isolated light rains or showers.)
Eastern Visayas and Mindanao (specifically Caraga, Davao region and Soccsksargen) will also experience cloudy skies and scattered rain due to the shear line and the low-pressure area.
However, the rest of Visayas and Mindanao will have fairer weather with chances of localized thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.
