3 drug suspects nabbed in Lucena City; P82K ‘shabu’ seized
Lt. Colonel Reynaldo Reyes, Lucena police chief, identified the suspected pushers as Riolito Galao, Arjay Jacinto, and Abigail Galvez.
Reyes said anti-narcotics agents nabbed Galao and Jacinto at 9:19 p.m. after the two sold a pack of shabu to undercover police in Barangay Ibabang Dupay.
The police found the suspects carrying six sachets of crystal meth worth P63,240 in the street market.
Reyes said the two suspects were on the police watch list and that Galao was also a member of a local drug group.
Earlier, operatives busted Galvez in another drug sting at 9:16 a.m. in Barangay Dalahican.
Galvez, who was also on the watch list as a street peddler of illegal drugs in the city, yielded four sachets of shabu with a street value of P19,380.
The suspects face charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. INQ
