Drug suspect on cops’ watch list nabbed in Quezon
LUCENA CITY––Anti-narcotics agents arrested a drug suspect and seized more than P99,000 worth of “shabu”(crystal meth) during a buy-bust operation Wednesday in Tiaong town, Quezon province.
Col. Joel Villanueva, Quezon police chief, reported Thursday morning that anti-illegal drugs operatives collared Manuel Pansoy, 41, after selling at 9:55 p.m. a pack of shabu to an undercover cop in Barangay Lusacan.
Authorities seized five sachets of shabu worth P99,552.

The police said Pansoy was on the drug watch list as a street-level peddler of illegal drugs in the locality.
The suspect was detained and faces a complaint about violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
