MANILA, Philippines — Presidential aspirant Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Tuesday said he cannot do illegal drugs because he is doing so many things.

Marcos Jr. subsequently presented a drug test result which he then submitted to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, National Bureau of Investigation, and Philippine National Police.
