MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga–The Pampanga provincial government is conducting a four-day mass vaccination of residents at the Robinsons Starmills in the City of San Fernando from Jan. 25 to 28 to protect more people against COVID-19.
Residents 12 years old and above are eligible for the first and second vaccine doses, said the provincial government in a Facebook post on Monday, Jan. 24. Those who have had two doses for at least three months may also avail themselves of booster shots.
It said those who want to avail themselves of vaccination and booster shots could downline the forms online.
Children, who are 12 to 17 years old, need to present photocopies of their birth certificates and identification cards and the identification cards of their parents or legal guardians.
Adults also need to present photocopies of their identification cards and vaccination cards.
The provincial government said participants should wear face masks and face shields at all times at the vaccination site and bring ball pens.
