MANILA, Philippines — Rain and overcast skies are expected to prevail in parts of Visayas and Mindanao on Tuesday due to the shear line, while cold weather is expected to continue in Luzon, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
(Clear weather is expected in Luzon, with cold weather to prevail during the morning because of the northeast monsoon.)
(In the afternoon, there is a possibility of isolated light rains or showers.)
Meanwhile, the shear line will bring rain and overcast skies in Eastern Visayas and the Caraga region and northern portions of Mindanao.
(Their weather will be cloudy tomorrow and there is a high chance of widespread rain.)
The rest of Visayas and the Mindanao, on the other hand, will have relatively fairer weather with chances of isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
