MANILA, Philippines — Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto said Friday the city cannot open more COVID-19 vaccination sites as it does not have the personnel, with many of the city’s health personnel now in quarantine.

In a tweet, the mayor said booster vaccinations against COVID-19 in Pasig are ongoing.

“Our COVID-19 vaccine booster shots are ongoing. However, we are unable to open more sites due to the lack of manpower. Many of our health personnel are under quarantine,” he said.
