Generally fair weather in most of PH on Thursday – Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines — Generally fair weather will prevail throughout the country on Thursday, except in southern portion of Mindanao due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
“Dito po sa Metro Manila pati na rin sa nalalabi pang bahagi ng Luzon, asahan natin ang maaliwalas na panahon bukas,” said Pagasa weather specialist Ana Clauren.
(Fair weather is expected in Metro Manila as well as in the rest of Luzon tomorrow.)
However, isolated light rain should be expected in Northern Luzon, while thunderstorms are possible in Bicol Region and Mimaropa.
“Asahan naman natin sa may southern portion ng Mindanao ay makakaranas pa rin po ng mga kalat kalat na pagulan mga pagkidlat at pagkulog dulot pa rin ‘yan ng ITCZ,” said Clauren.

Article continues after this advertisementBut the rest of Mindanao as well as the entire Visayas will experience generally clear skies with hotter temperatures during noontime, and the possibility of thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.
Clauren also said that no storms or low pressure areas are forecast to affect the country in the next three to five days.

- Metro Manila: 22 to 31 degrees Celsius
- Baguio City: 13 to 21 degrees Celsius
- Laoag City: 20 to 29 degrees Celsius
- Tuguegarao: 20 to 28 degrees Celsius
- Legazpi City: 23 to 30 degrees Celsius
- Puerto Princesa City: 25 to 31 degrees Celsius
- Tagaytay: 20 to 29 degrees Celsius
- Kalayaan Islands: 26 to 32 degrees Celsius
- Iloilo City: 24 to 30 degrees Celsius
- Cebu: 23 to 29 degrees Celsius
- Tacloban City: 23 to 28 degrees Celsius
- Cagayan De Oro City: 25 to 30 degrees Celsius
- Zamboanga City: 24 to 34 degrees Celsius
- Davao City: 25 to 33 degrees Celsius
No gale warning is raised but moderate to rough seas are expected throughout the seaboards of the entire country.
