Duque under quarantine after being exposed to a COVID-19 positive staff
MANILA, Philippines — “I am in quarantine since I got exposed to my staff who tested positive last Friday,” Health Secretary Francisco Duque III announced in the weekly taped briefing with President Rodrigo Duterte that aired late Tuesday night.
He said that he was set to take a swab test on Wednesday to determine if he was also positive for the coronavirus.
“But I will be under quarantine until the 8th — or 10 days in all,” Duque said.
He added that he had no symptoms.
