Lady drug pusher yields P313K shabu in Lucena bust
LUCENA CITY – A woman suspected of drug peddling was arrested and yielded over P313,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation here on Monday night.
Police Colonel Joel Villanueva, Quezon police chief, in a report said anti-illegal drugs operatives collared Reichell Alvarez, 41, after she sold a pack of shabu to an undercover police in in Barangay (village) Dalahican around 7:40 p.m.
Authorities seized five plastic sachets of shabu weighing 15.36 grams and with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board value of P104,448.
Police said the confiscated illegal substance is worth P313,344 in the street market.
The police tagged the suspect as a “newly identified drug personality” or a rookie in the drug trade.
The suspect was detained and is facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
