MANILA, Philippines — After implementing a slight rollback last week, oil companies raised gasoline and kerosene prices by P1.85 per liter and diesel by P2.40 per liter on Tuesday.
Chevron Philippines was the first to increase prices at 12:01 a.m., followed by Metro Oil, Petro Gazz, Pilipinas Shell, PTT Philippines, Seaoil, and Total at 6 a.m.
Cleanfuel followed suit at 4:01 p.m. But Pilipinas Shell and Seaoil said there would be no price hike for kerosene in areas under a state of calamity.
