Albay Governor Al Francis Bichara lifted on Thursday the checkpoint and border control measure in the province, easing the movement of the public in and out of the regional capital of Bicol region.

LEGAZPI CITY, Albay, Philippines — Four polling precincts in Albay province are ready to join the conduct of mock elections today in Luzon, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) in the Bicol region said.
