MANILA, Philippines — A 5.4 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Davao Occidental on Sunday.
The tectonic quake was recorded 378 kilometers southeast of Balut Island at 10:22 a.m., the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said.
It had a depth of 64 kilometers.
No damage and and aftershocks were expected from the quake.
