Ako Bicol sends 25 tons of rice to Southern Leyte
Ako Bicol party list (AKB) donated on Friday 25,000 kilos of rice to residents of Southern Leyte, one of the areas devastated by Typhoon “Odette.”
Two truckloads of premium rice arrived in Maasin City and received by Mayor Nikko Mercado.

It will be distributed to hundreds of families rendered homeless by the typhoon.
AKB Rep. Zaldy Co said Southern Leyte was Bicol Region’s “friendly neighbor” and thus deserves help along with other areas destroyed by the typhoon.
