MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines received on Thursday Germany’s donation of 1.5 million doses of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine.

The 1,531,000 doses, coursed through the Covax Facility, arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 around 4 p.m, the National Task Force Against COVID-19 said.

As of December 21, the Philippines got a total of 192,344,945 various COVID-19 vaccines. Of these, 104 million were already administered, data from the Department of Health (DOH) showed.

Some 46.3 million individuals in the country are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as of December 22, DOH figures presented.
