Expect cloudy skies, scattered rainshowers—Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines—Parts of the country will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers due to a frontal system on Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
A frontal system, or a merge of warm and cold winds, in eastern Luzon will affect eastern and southern Luzon, eastern Visayas and Mindanao. Meanwhile, Mindanao will also experience easterlies, or winds blowing from the east, Pagasa said.
The rest of country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, the weather bureau added.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Northern and Central Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the East to Northeast with slight to moderate seas, it said.
