The Presidential Commission on Good Government, which holds office in Mandaluyong City, was created by former President Corazon Aquino’s Executive Order No. 1, which was signed on Feb. 28, 1986. It was tasked to investigate and recover ill-gotten wealth accumulated by ousted dictator Ferdinand Marcos and his associates.—Schatzi Quodala, Inquirer Research
