PH to get highest single-day arrivals of 10 million COVID-19 vaccines

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines is set to receive around 10 million COVID-19 vaccines on Wednesday, the highest single-day vaccine arrivals.

The National Task Force Against (NTF) Against COVID-19 said that the country is expecting six deliveries of various COVID-19 vaccines—a mix of donation and procurement of the government and the private sector.

The following is the breakdown of the deliveries this day:

On Tuesday, around eight million COVID-19 vaccine doses—donated by France, Spain, China, Sweden, Austria, and the Netherlands—arrived in the country.

As of December 14, a total of 166,851,720 doses of various COVID-19 vaccines were transported to the Philippines since deliveries started in February.
