MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines is set to receive around eight million more donated COVID-19 vaccines on Tuesday, the biggest arrival of doses in a single-day.
According to the National Task Force Against COVID-19, the Philippines is expecting five deliveries starting Tuesday afternoon.
The following are the breakdown of the anticipated vaccine arrivals:
-1,512,000 doses of Moderna (donated by France and Spain)
-2,000,000 doses of Sinovac (donated by China)
-1,778,400 doses of Janssen (donated by Sweden and Austria)
-945,600 Janssen doses (donated by the Netherlands)
-2,011,200 Janssen doses (donated by the Netherlands)
As of Monday evening, the country has received a total of 158,540,170 COVID-19 vaccine doses since February.
