CITY OF CALAPAN––Police arrested an alleged drug pusher in a buy-bust operation early morning Tuesday, Dec. 14, in Taytay town in Palawan province.
A report from the Mimaropa (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan) police said Gilbert Lucban, 27, a fisherman, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. after selling two sachets of suspected shabu (crystal meth) to an undercover police operative in Barangay (village) New Guinlo.
Seized from the suspect were six sachets of shabu weighing .060 grams and valued at P9,000.
The suspect is under police custody and faces charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
