MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 3.6 earthquake was recorded 25 kilometers west of Nasugbu, Batangas, a bulletin from the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) on early Saturday morning said.
According to Phivolcs, the earthquake happened around 12:36 a.m. of Saturday. It was a tectonic movement located 55 kilometers below the ground.
As of posting, Intensity I was reportedly felt in Puerto Galera, parts of Oriental Mindoro, and Tagaytay City.
Phivolcs said that no aftershocks and no damage are expected as of now.
