Police said Rostrata, a security guard, has been in hiding since 2017. He was arrested in the capital town of Iba for the crime of frustrated murder.

Meanwhile, Valdez, a tricycle driver, was arrested based on a warrant issued by a local court for homicide.

“The entire Zambales Police Provincial Office (PPO), together with other PNP units, continues its intensified campaign to put lawless elements and wanted persons behind bars and maximize its efforts to eradicate all forms of lawlessness in the province,” said Col. Fitz Macariola, officer-in-charge of Zambales PPO, in a statement.
