‘Shabu’ worth P340K seized from 3 suspects in Bulacan

CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, Bulacan––Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) operatives in Bulacan seized P340,000 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) from three suspects during a buy-bust operation Thursday, Dec. 2, in this city.

At least 50 grams of the illegal drugs were seized from Rafael Borcena, 20; Rey Marvin Borcena, 31; and Leo Arboceros, 49, all from this city.

The illegal drugs were inside nine sachets, investigators said.

Also seized from the suspects were drug paraphernalia and the marked money used in the buy-bust.

Charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the trio. INQ
