TUGUEGARAO CITY A farmer in Allacapan town in Cagayan province was stabbed to death by his younger brother after a heated argument when the former spent his cash aid from the local government on wine, police said.

Maj. Antonio Palattao, Allacapan police chief, identified the fatality as Ador Castro, 43, who sustained a chest stab wound after he was attacked by his 18-year-old brother, identified as Jefferson, with a kitchen knife.
