547,100 AstraZeneca vaccine doses donated by Poland arrive in PH
MANILA, Philippines — The country on Sunday received 547,100 more AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine doses that were donated by the government of Poland.
According to the National Task Force Against COVID-19, the shipment arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 aboard Emirates Airlines Flight EK332 around 4 p.m.
To date, a total of 142,153,340 COVID-19 vaccines was received by the country since February.
Based on the Department of Health’s COVID-19 vaccination dashboard, 35,557,409 individuals are now fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with 45,286,049 getting their first dose. Meanwhile, 174,536 got their booster shots as of November 27.
