MANILA, Philippines — Internet service provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc. on Saturday confirmed a service interruption following complaints from subscribers.
Converge said customers have been experiencing connection issues as of 12:12 pm.
“Our technical team is working to resolve the issue and restore your connection. A service ticket is not required,” Converge ICT said in a statement.

Converge ICT also apologized for the inconvenience caused by the service interruption, saying they are working to resolve the issue.
On Wednesday, subscribers in Quezon City and Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela, also experienced internet connection problems due to a fiber cut “caused by suspected attempted pilferage.”
