MANILA, Philippines — Rain will continue in some parts of Luzon on Thursday, while generally, fair weather is forecast in the rest of the country, including Metro Manila, said the Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
According to Pagasa weather specialist Ana Clauren, the northeast monsoon and the shear line will continue to bring rain and cloudy weather in Cagayan.
Mimaropa and Bicol Region will also experience the same weather due to the intertropical convergence zone.
