Jesuits bare Lenten spiritual retreats
THE Jesuit Retreat House in Banawa, Cebu City will hold Ignatian spirituality retreats for individuals and groups during the Lenten Season.
An overnight retreat called “Praying with Simeon and Anna” designed for senior citizens is scheduled on March 9 and 10.
Another overnight retreat, “Enkindling fire in the heart,” on March 16 and 17 will cater catechists, ministers of Holy Communion, lectors, psalmists and choir members.
“Day off with Jesus” for employees will be held on March 24 and 25, while the Lenten retreat for married couples called “Conjugal spirituality” is set on March 31 and April 1.
The five-day and the eight-day spiritual exercises for seminarians, priests and the laity are also available upon request.
An individually guided Holy Week retreat that will start in the afternoon of Holy Wednesday, April 4 and end on Easter Sunday, April 8.
The rich Paschal Triduum liturgy will present a perfect inspiration for reflection and prayer.
