Portions of Edsa to undergo repair works on weekend — DPWH

Manila, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will be undertaking repair works on two sections of Edsa from Friday evening up until Nov. 15.
In a post on its official Facebook page, the agency said on Friday that it will be conducting road works on:
1. Edsa Quezon City before Anapolis St. to before Boni Serrano flyover Northbound (2nd lane from center island), and;
2. Edsa Tramo Flyover Pasay City.
Repair works will take place beginning 11 pm of Nov. 12 until Nov. 15.

DPWH Secretary Roger “Oging” Mercado advised motorists to take alternate routes until the re-opening of the affected roads.
The agency said it has secured clearance from the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) to conduct repair works on the two roads.
Earlier in September, DPWH announced that it will undertake reblocking and repair works on portions of Edsa, C-5 road and España Boulevard.
