‘Drug den’ dismantled, 6 drug suspects held in Zambales

SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — Six suspected drug traders were arrested at an alleged drug den in Castillejos town, police said Wednesday.

Col. Romano Cardiño, police provincial director, identified the suspects as Pablo Viloria, 54; Jeffrey Mayo, 38; Lorena Boringot, 58; Arnold Arlantico, 38; Randolf Gabriel, 34; and Wilmer Custodio, 49.

Cardiño said Mayo was tagged as the operator of the drug den.

The suspects yielded six heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) weighing about 15 grams worth P100,200.

Also seized from them were several drug paraphernalia and the P500 marked money used in the buy-bust operation.

Appropriate charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 were filed against the suspects.
