OLONGAPO CITY — Mayor Rolen Paulino Jr. on Monday issued an executive order easing more quarantine restrictions in the city under COVID-19 Alert Level 2 as the city continues to see a downward trend in virus spread.

Part of the more relaxed health protocols was allowing parents or guardians to bring their children to malls, restaurants, amusement parks and other establishments, Paulino said.

The mayor also permitted children to play basketball in areas that could be monitored by village officials but are still subject to approval.
