MANILA, Philippines — Using a global positioning system (GPS), a man caught his wife with a policeman in a hotel in Quezon province.
Based on a spot report of the Philippine National Police (PNP), the incident happened on November 5, 2:30 p.m. in Barangay Bocohan, Lucena City.
