MANILA, Philippines—Police shot dead two hold-up suspects in Quezon City before dawn on Friday, a police spokesperson said.
Chief Superintendent Agrimero Cruz Jr., spokesman of the Philippine National Police, said that the two were killed in a shootout with Quezon City police at 3 a.m. at the corner of Gem 5 Road and Quirino Highway in Baesa village.
Police recovered two .38 caliber revolvers from the slain suspects, who have yet to be identified.
