Run To Lead set March 11

/ 07:24 AM February 24, 2012

JCI MACTAN Channel will hold its second running event this March 11 dubbed Run To Lead, Run For A Cause, starting at the Fort San Pedro.

The run aims to continue helping JCI-Mactan Channel’s outreach programs. This year, they chose to help the Gualandi Volunteers Services Programme (GVSP).

GVSP is a deaf child sexual abuse prevention network. The fun run is also expected to give support to the Break The Silence program, which helps sexually abused women in the country, and JCI’s “Read To Lead” campaign, which visits public schools in remote areas in Cebu.
