MANILA, Philippines — The entire Luzon will experience generally fair weather on Tuesday while isolated rain showers are expected in parts of Visayas and Mindanao due to shear line or the tail end of a frontal system, the state weather bureau said.

Pagasa said Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience fair weather with partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to the northeast monsoon, locally known as amihan.
