MANILA, Philippines — Starting Nov. 1, the implementation of the government’s new alert level system will be expanded to three more regions, while tourism hotspot Baguio City will be tagged as an area for “special monitoring,” Malacañang announced Friday.
Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said the five-tiered alert level system will be implemented to Regions III (Central Luzon), VI (Western Visayas), and X (Northern Mindanao).
Roque said the following areas will be placed under the following alert levels starting Nov. 1 until Nov. 14:
Alert Level 4

-Bacolod City
-Negros Oriental
-Davao Occidental
Alert Level 3
-Baguio City (included as an area for special monitoring)
-Bataan
-National Capital Region
-Cavite
-Rizal
-Laguna
-Iloilo City
-Siquijor
-Lanao del Norte
-Davao City
-Davao del Norte
Alert Level 2
-Angeles City
-Bulacan
-Nueva Ecija
-Olongapo City
-Pampanga
-Tarlac
-Batangas
-Quezon province
-Lucena City

General community quarantine (GCQ) with heightened restrictions from Nov. 1 until Nov. 30:

GCQ for the whole month of November:

-Kalinga
-Ilocos Sur
