MANILA, Philippines —The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Wednesday that 443 of 761 aspirants passed the October 2021 Forester Licensure Exam (FLE).
Richelle Royce Ilagan Tapulao of the University of the Philippines Los Baños topped the list with a score of 91.70 percent.
In second place is Nel Angela Rico Orenciana, also from UP Los Baños, with 91.50 percent. In third is Claide Sol Talidro of the CARAGA State University – Butuan City with 91.10 percent.
UP Los Baños topped the exams in terms of school performance with a passing rate of 100 percent — a total of 66 passers.
The FLE was conducted on October 20 to 21 testing centers nationwide including Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga by the Board for Foresters.
