SAN ANTONIO, Zambales––The Subic town government has allowed “walk-in” for residents 18 years old and above as it intensifies its mass COVID-19 vaccination program.
In an advisory Wednesday, Oct. 27, the municipal health officials said they were accommodating eligible residents in the town’s two major vaccination sites even without registration.
As of Monday, close to 30,000 Subic residents have received their first dose of the vaccine or were vaccinated fully.
The town was the first among the local governments in Zambales to begin the online registration for residents between 12 and 17 years old.
Healthcare workers have been conducting mobile vaccination to reach remote villages and speed up the program.
