MANILA, Philippines — Dior face masks, Hello Kitty pajamas.

The BOC inspection was conducted in response to an intelligence report that the warehouse had been a repository of items that infringe on the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of certain product labels, the Customs said.

Also found in the warehouse were Jeep caps and Baseus electronics.

“With the absence of the unit owner or representative, the inspection was suspended, and several units were temporarily sealed with 8484 markings,” the bureau said in a statement.

The inspection was conducted by the Bureau of Customs-Manila International Container Port (BOC-MICP), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), and Philippine Coast Guard (PCG).

The BOC said the counterfeit goods were in violation of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act.
